What payment modes do you offer?
Payment is made through PayPal,
and we accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal.
ORDERS
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, orders made cannot be changed.
DELIVERY
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only deliver within Singapore.
What delivery options do you provide?
We offer registered postage at a flat rate of $3.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 4 working days for registered postage. Please expect some delay during peak periods and public holidays.
Will I be able to track my order?
All registered postage can be tracked using the tracking code provided to you once your order has been mailed out by us.
RETURN POLICY
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, all our items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
What if there is a defect in the item I received?
At Calithea, we perform quality checks on every item before mailing them out to you. In the event that you have received a defective item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at hello@calithea.co with your order number, a photograph of the defect and a brief description. Exchanges and returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Place your product away from sunlight, and ensure that the cap is closed tightly.

Yes, our products comply with the regulatory requirements and are registered with the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore (HSA).

Yes, they are!
