Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only deliver within Singapore.

​What delivery options do you provide?

We offer registered postage at a flat rate of $3.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days for registered postage. Please expect some delay during peak periods and public holidays.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Please contact us at hello@calithea.co with your order number. Lost or damaged orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Will I be able to track my order?

All registered postage can be tracked using the tracking code provided to you once your order has been mailed out by us.
